Stanford University subdomain (https://scale.stanford.edu/) defaced by Indian hackers "Yash" and "C0de Inject0r" from Team Nuts. Stanford is an American private research university located in Stanford, California. Hacker write on page "Everyday Someone Get Hacked , Today is your Day".

Reason of Defacement is unknown. At time of writing this post, site displaying black colour background with Hackers message on it.
