After hacking social media accounts of HBO and its widely watched show Game of Thrones , a notorious group of hackers calling itself OurMine took control over the official Twitter and Facebook accounts for Sony's PlayStation Network (PSN) on Sunday. After taking over the accounts, OurMine, Saudi Arabian group of hackers which claims to be a "white hat" security firm, posted its first tweet on Sunday evening, claiming to have breached PlayStation Network and stolen its database. The tweet followed by a series of tweets encouraging the company to contact the hacking group through its website to buy its IT security service in an effort to protect itself from future cyber attacks. The popular social media site Twitter is rolling out a couple of new features to its login process to help users prevent their account in a more secure way and restore access to their account if they forget their accounts' password. For tighten up the security measures Twitter is launching two factor authentication in its new password reset experience, making its users to reset their password in easier way and at the same time difficult for cybercriminals to log in to users' accounts. " The new process lets you choose the email address or phone number associated with your account where you'd like us to send your reset information. The Guardian's Twitter accounts have been taken over by pro-Syrian government hackers ' Syrian Electronic Army ' , who previously targeted the Associated Press BBC , al-Jazeera, the Qatari government and National Public Radio in the United States, as well as France 24 TV. " We are aware that a number of Guardian Twitter accounts have been compromised and we are working actively to resolve this ," a Guardian spokesperson said.
