A 17 year old alleged hacker accused of being associated with Anonymous hacker appeared in Parramatta Children's Court on Friday, over multiple unauthorised access crime on the behalf of hacktivist collective Anonymous. The Australian Federal Police ( AFP ) issued a statement over the matter, saying that a search warrant was issued at the youth's home in Glenmore Park, New South Wales, in November last year. The youth has been charged with six counts of unauthorised modification of data to cause impairment, one count of unauthorised access with intent to commit a serious offence, one count of possession of data with intent to commit a computer offence, and 12 counts of unauthorised access to restricted data.  " Australian Federal Police investigates various types of cybercrime and will continue to take a strong stance against these perpetrators " Suspected hacker faces a maximum of 10 years jail time if convicted and will face court again on May 17.

Anonymous, the Internet hacktivist hacked into ' Anglo American ' and dump their complete database online. The dump includes the Personal details of 122 investors, and more than 400 registered share holders details and other database also. Anglo American is a British multinational mining company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. A series of websites defacement has been conducted between Philippines and Malaysia over the dispute in the land of Sabah. Hackers claiming to be part of Anonymous group from Malaysian and Filipino and attacking websites of each other. He was an advanced user of the internet and had used it for nine years, since he was eight years old. Anonymous hackers once again hit Egyptian Government Websites and taken down. Hackers react under operation named #OpEgypt and hit 30 websites with DDos attack. Hacktivist using the handle @AnonymousGrupo claimed the responsibility of attack. Attacked websites include, The Egyptian Presidency website, The Egyptian Cabinet, Trade Agreements Sector (TAS), Maritime Transport site, Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, parliament website, Income Tax and many more. A group of Internet hackers appeared in an Ankara court on Monday on charges of terrorism, the first time alleged cyber criminals have been put on trial in Turkey. Those arrested in suspicion of the attacks are mostly students who deny having the technical skills required to carry out such a hack. RedHack has denied the allegations, saying 10 people currently being tried have no ties with the group and that the allegations of terrorism are simply part of the government's policy against all of its opponents in the country. The defendants, who deny the charges, risk prison sentences ranging from eight to 24 years if convicted. Hacker group Anonymous claims he took down North-side Independent School District's website (www.NISD.net) on Saturday to protest the district's use of tracking badges. On Sunday, Nov. 25, the same hacktivist released a statement via Pastebin giving the school district "1-3 days" to meet with parents and explain the student tracking program in detail. If the district fails to comply with the request, hacktivist promise to "simply shut down" the school district website once again.
